I am addicted to Adani Tea. Do you know if it has any health effect since it contains evaporated milk?

I have no clue. But moderation in everything is key, so in moderation should be okay in excess everything ends up being harmful any way. You can substitute the evaporated milk for regular milk if you like–have had many do that. If you find out let me know :)

When we made this tea in Yemen, we would use red tea. When I was living in Oman, we would also make red tea and it gives it the most perfect taste, as opposed to when you use black or green tea. However, now that I’m in the States again, I can’t find red tea anywhere!
What type of tea do you use to make this?
PG tips works out well [ the loose tea] if you can find it in any of the Indian [South Asian] stores in your area–you can also order it online. Or you can get some tea from Yemen called Kaboosa. But any loose tea will work, but the best are those tha I just previously mentioned.

Salaam are you sure evaporated and not condensed milk?

Some also like to use the sweetened condensed milk. I don’t.

Do you know how to make rida3 tea or “gahwa rida-eeyeh” its made with binn and raisins almonds and dry dates. I dont know the recipe.

I love your tea cups..where’d you get them from
I got them as a gift. Usually the Middle Eastern store have them. Mine were from Minneapolis, from a Middle Eastern store called Holy Land .
this is also a carribean way to make
everyday tea, minus the cardomans.
